ScopeWebsite access and digital service orders

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern access to zynexaiptv.shop and any digital service ordered from Zynexa IPTV. If you do not agree, do not place an order or use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract. If you order for an organization or another adult, you confirm you have authority to bind them and permission to provide any related information.

The specific plan description, duration, price, currency and material restrictions displayed at checkout form part of the agreement. If a checkout statement conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific disclosed term applies only to that order, while mandatory law continues to prevail.

What the service includes

Zynexa IPTV offers digital account access and setup information for compatible devices. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, an order does not include a television, streaming device, internet connection or paid licence for a third-party player application.

Device names, operating systems, apps and trademarks belong to their owners. Compatibility references are descriptive and do not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement by Amazon, Google, Apple, Samsung, LG, Roku, broadcasters, leagues or content owners.

Before ordering, check the device, app, internet and regional requirements stated on the offer. You are responsible for a compatible device and lawful, adequately performing internet access.

Authorized and acceptable use

You may use the service only for lawful, personal purposes and only to access content you are authorized to receive in your location. You must not:

  • share, resell, sublicense or publicly distribute credentials or service access;
  • circumvent technical, geographic, security or access controls;
  • copy, restream, record or commercially exploit content without the necessary rights;
  • probe, disrupt, overload or attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
  • use the service in a way that violates copyright, privacy, criminal or other applicable law.

We may investigate credible abuse and restrict or end access where reasonably necessary to protect users, rights holders or the service, subject to applicable law and any required notice.

Orders, account details and delivery

An order is an offer to buy. Acceptance occurs when payment is confirmed and we send the order acceptance or digital access information. We may reject or cancel an order for a pricing error, availability issue, suspected fraud, sanctions or legal restriction, or inability to verify essential information. If we cancel after receiving cleared funds, we will return the affected amount through an appropriate method.

You must provide an accurate email address and review spam or junk folders. Keep credentials confidential and contact support promptly if you suspect misuse. Do not forward setup emails publicly. You are responsible for actions taken with your credentials unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Price, currency, taxes and renewal

The price and currency presented at checkout apply to the order. Where prices are stated in USD, your bank or payment provider may apply conversion rates or separate fees that we do not control. Applicable taxes and mandatory charges should be disclosed before final confirmation where required.

A fixed-term order does not renew automatically unless the checkout clearly states an automatic-renewal arrangement and you affirmatively accept it. Where renewal is offered, the frequency, amount or calculation method, cancellation route and any material change must be disclosed in the purchase flow.

Cancellations, refunds and billing concerns

Digital services can be delivered quickly and may be consumed after credentials are issued. Contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel before delivery or activation. After delivery, eligibility for cancellation or a refund depends on the disclosed offer, the circumstances, troubleshooting records and rights that apply by law.

Please contact us if access was not delivered, a charge appears duplicated or unauthorized, or a material service problem continues after reasonable troubleshooting. We will review payment and delivery records and explain the result. Nothing in these Terms removes a statutory remedy for a service that does not meet a non-waivable legal standard.

Billing safety

Never send a complete payment-card number, card security code, banking password or government identifier by email or WhatsApp.

Availability, changes and support

Internet-delivered services can be affected by maintenance, congestion, upstream providers, device changes, app changes, network restrictions and events outside reasonable control. Unless expressly guaranteed in a written offer, we do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular title or channel, a fixed channel count, a specific resolution, or compatibility with every device and network.

We may reasonably update technical instructions, security measures or service components. If a material paid feature is removed during an active term, contact support so the circumstances and any remedy required by law can be assessed.

Intellectual property and copyright reports

The Zynexa name, website design, original text and graphics are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer ownership. Third-party marks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

Copyright owners or authorized agents can review the DMCA & Copyright Policy. A report must identify the work, the specific material or location at issue and the reporter’s authority; general accusations may not provide enough information to investigate.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Transactional messages about an order, security or requested support are part of delivering the service. Promotional communications, where used, are subject to the consent and unsubscribe rules that apply.

Disclaimers and limits of responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site and service are provided on an “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties that may lawfully be excluded. We are not responsible for failures caused solely by your device, internet provider, third-party app, unauthorized use, or events beyond reasonable control.

We do not exclude responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct or any non-waivable consumer protection. Where a monetary limit is legally permitted, total liability relating to a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to that claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow particular exclusions, so they apply only to the extent lawful.

Applicable law, disputes and changes

These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the relevant transaction and site operator, without taking away mandatory rights available to a consumer in their province, territory or country. Before formal proceedings, contact us with the order reference and a concise description so the issue can be reviewed.

We may update these Terms for legal, security or service reasons. A new version applies prospectively from its published effective date unless law requires another approach. Existing orders remain subject to the terms accepted at purchase, except for changes required by law or reasonably necessary for security.
