Scope and who is responsible

This Policy applies when you visit zynexaiptv.shop, place an order, contact support, or otherwise interact with Zynexa IPTV. “Zynexa IPTV”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of this website under the Zynexa IPTV trading name.

For privacy questions or requests, email support@zynexaiptv.shop with the subject “Privacy Request”. We may need to verify that a request relates to you before acting on it.

Important

This Policy describes the website’s intended data practices. It does not expand any rights or remove protections that cannot legally be waived under the law that applies to you.

Information we may handle

The information depends on how you use the site. It may include:

  • Contact and order information: name, email address, country or region, order reference, selected plan and messages you send.
  • Service and support information: device type, app name, configuration details, diagnostic information and support history. Please remove passwords, full payment-card data, government identifiers and unrelated personal content from screenshots.
  • Transaction information: payment status, currency, amount, date and provider reference. Payment processors generally receive payment credentials directly; we do not need your full card number or security code in support messages.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser, device, approximate region, timestamps, referring pages, security events and server logs.
  • Consent and preference information: cookie choices, consent version and the date of your selection.

We may also receive information from providers that help with hosting, payments, communications, fraud prevention, analytics or advertising, but only to the extent needed for the relevant service.

Why we use information

We use personal information for identified purposes such as:

  • processing and confirming an order, delivering access information and supporting setup;
  • responding to service, billing, privacy and copyright enquiries;
  • protecting accounts, detecting abuse, preventing fraud and maintaining site security;
  • maintaining records required for accounting, disputes and legal compliance;
  • measuring site performance or advertising only where the relevant technology is enabled and the required consent has been obtained.

Depending on the context and applicable law, processing may be based on your consent, steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, a legal obligation, or a legitimate business need that does not override your rights. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it for future processing. Withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing invalid.

We do not condition a service on optional analytics or advertising consent. Information is not used for a new incompatible purpose without an appropriate notice or permission.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site may use essential storage for security, checkout, load balancing and saving privacy choices. Optional analytics or advertising storage remains disabled through the site’s consent controls until you grant the relevant category where consent is required.

Necessary

Supports core functions, security and consent memory. These controls cannot always be disabled through the banner because the site may not work correctly without them.

Analytics

Helps understand site use and performance when enabled and permitted.

Advertising

Supports ad measurement or personalization only when enabled and permitted.

You can accept, reject or customize optional categories and later reopen the persistent Cookie settings control. The current local consent record is designed to expire after 180 days, after which the site may ask again. Browser controls can also remove stored data, but blocking necessary storage may affect site functions.

If Google Analytics, Google Ads or another measurement service is activated, its use must match your choice and the provider’s own privacy terms. Google Consent Mode communicates consent signals; it does not itself replace a valid consent process.

Service providers, disclosure and transfers

We do not sell personal information as a standalone product. We may provide limited information to service providers that perform defined tasks for us, including hosting and content delivery, payment processing, customer communications, security, analytics or advertising where enabled.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect users or the service, investigate fraud, enforce our terms, or complete a legitimate business reorganization with appropriate safeguards.

Some providers may process information outside your province or country. That means information can be subject to the laws and lawful access rules of the place where it is processed. We use contractual, access and security measures appropriate to the information and provider relationship.

Retention and safeguards

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, including service delivery, support, security, dispute resolution, accounting and legal obligations. Retention varies by record: order and financial records may be kept for legally required periods; support records are removed or anonymized when no longer reasonably needed; consent preferences follow the duration stated above unless refreshed or deleted sooner.

Safeguards may include encrypted transport, restricted access, authentication, updates, monitoring and carefully selected providers. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. If a safeguard incident creates a legally reportable risk, we will follow applicable assessment, recordkeeping and notification duties.

Access, correction and other choices

Subject to applicable law and identity verification, you may ask about the personal information we hold about you, request access or correction, withdraw consent, object to or restrict certain uses, or request deletion. Some records may need to be retained or access may be limited for legal, security, privilege or third-party privacy reasons.

  1. Email support@zynexaiptv.shop from the address associated with your order when possible.
  2. State the right or concern and identify the relevant order or interaction without sending a password or full payment-card details.
  3. We will explain the outcome and any lawful limitation. You may also contact the privacy regulator with jurisdiction over your concern.

Children, external services and changes

The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact us.

Links or integrations operated by third parties have their own privacy practices. Review those terms before providing information. We may update this Policy to reflect legal, technical or service changes. The date and version at the top will change when a revision is published; material changes will receive an appropriate notice.
